The Akrogon factory

The factory that builds, checks, and keeps improving.

Akrogon is a factory that builds software, automations, and whole new factories. It follows a fixed order, has every change reviewed twice, and writes down what it learns. AI does the work inside it. Two founders decide what gets built, and you work directly with them.

Bare AI vs Akrogon

Same AI. Different rules around it.

Bare AI is fast and unchecked. Inside Akrogon the same AI works under rules that decide the order, the checks, and what counts as done.

  1. Bare AISays “done” when it feels finished, with no way to check.

Inside AkrogonFixed order: requirements, plan, build, review, repair. “Done” counts only when the step is accepted.

  2. Bare AIMarks its own homework. One pass, and mistakes slip through.

Inside AkrogonTwo independent AI workers review every change without seeing each other’s review. Only concrete defects count.

  3. Bare AICan change your live work directly and break what already works.

Inside AkrogonEach job is built in a safe copy, with tests required. Your live project waits for approval.

  4. Bare AILeaves no trail. You cannot tell what was done or why.

Inside AkrogonEvery requirement, plan, review, and step is logged, so any result can be traced back.

  5. Bare AIStarts every job from zero and repeats yesterday’s mistakes.

Inside AkrogonLessons from each review are written down. The next job reads them before it starts.

How it works

From request to approved work, in four steps.

Every job, from a small automation to a new factory, runs the same four steps.

  1. 01

Founders set the goal and the “done”.

We decide what matters and write down what finished looks like. Missing keys or access are flagged before work starts, and a person handles them.

  2. 02

AI workers build in a safe copy.

Tasks wait for the tasks they depend on, so things are built in the right order. Passwords and keys are never shown to the AI.

  3. 03

Two reviews and tests before approval.

Two AI workers review without seeing each other’s review. Tests must pass, and a bug fix must prove the bug was real. Stuck tasks are marked failed, with a reason.

  4. 04

    Founders approve, and Akrogon learns.

We sign off on the result. Lessons from the reviews are written down, and the next job reads them. Every step stays on record.

What it means for you

Better work, job after job.

  • Fewer costly surprises.

Work that is reviewed twice and tested before approval means fewer mistakes reach your customers and fewer hours go to rework. No system removes every bug.

  • Faster delivery without cutting corners.

Tasks wait for what they depend on and run side by side where they can. That saves time and cuts rework. Every step is on record.

  • Each job makes the next one better.

Lessons are written down and read by future jobs, so the same mistake is not paid for twice. Over time, more of your business can run on systems that already work.

Where it fits

Akrogon builds and maintains every other part.

Akrogon builds and maintains Kadmeon, Lens, Portal, and Blepsis. It also builds what your business needs next. You buy one factory. AI is one part of it, and two founders steer it. You work directly with those founders.
